How the Program Works — What to Expect
- Contact Master Designer, Jim Harrell, to discuss project and schedule appointment
- Period and Traditional Design Layout and Consultation for your Millwork Package
- Works closely with Architect and Designer during all phases of construction
- Work with Architects and Designers, not in competition with them
- Hand-drawn renderings of room interiors - if required
- Custom sample build-ups of mouldings for your project at a nominal fee
- Build-ups in CAD supplied if needed
- Complete and detailed estimate

What You Will Need to Provide Jim Harrell to Get Started
- All available floor plans, elevations, take-offs, site maps, and design description
- Ceiling heights and room dimensions for all areas to be estimated
- Photographs for each room or area to be estimated
Master Millwork Design Goes to Work
- Advice on room proportion, millwork design — motifs and complementary designs
- Includes recommendation and advice to trim carpenters concerning blocking for millwork
- Includes installation guides and finishing recommendations
- Consolidating Your Beautiful and Complex Designs throughout the project
Expected Costs and Fees
- $75 Hourly Rate for All Design Services & Travel Time
- Airfare, lodging, meals, and transportation to Job Site
- Average investment for Initial Site Consultation - $2,500.00
