Joint Public Announcement

Fayetteville, AR (September 2009) - White River Hardwood-Woodworks, Inc.®, Superior Moulding, Inc., Universal Wood Products, Inc., and the other parties to their long standing lawsuit have mutually settled their disputes and the lawsuit has been terminated. The Superior parties have acknowledged the validity and enforceability of White River's copyright rights and trademark rights regarding the 78 Mouldings at issue in the lawsuit. All other settlement terms are and will remain confidential.
