It really depends on what your project needs. At Level One, our team helps you select the right mouldings, carvings and panel moulds — usually at no charge. If your project needs more, Level Two brings full preliminary design, dimensioned CAD elevations, sections, and complete takeoffs and pricing at $100 per hour.
-
Level Two handles everything remotely — perfect for single rooms, cabinetry walls or full interior packages. Level Three adds an on-site designer visit: field photos, measurements, in-person concept discussion, then the full Level Two drawing package. It's the right choice for complex custom homes where nothing can be left to assumption.
-
Level One spec assistance can turn around in a few business days — sometimes the same day for straightforward packages. Level Two projects are scoped individually; most single-room packages complete within one to two weeks. We recommend reaching out early in your design phase so we can build the schedule around your project.
-
Absolutely — that's one of the biggest advantages of our service. We put together a complete millwork package so your architect, builder and installer are all working from the same playbook. We can communicate directly with your team, provide CAD files in the format they need, and answer technical questions throughout the project.
-
For most straightforward projects, yes. Product advice, help selecting crowns, casings, bases or panel moulds, a simple hand sketch — our team handles that as part of doing business. Where a fee comes in is when the scope expands into full design development or detailed CAD work. We're always upfront about that before any billable work begins.
-
The easiest way is the inquiry form right here on this page. Tell us about your project — the scope, timeline, and what level of service feels right. One of our designers will follow up within one business day. If you'd prefer to talk first, call 1-800-558-0119 — we're happy to help you figure out the right fit before you commit to anything.

Turn CAD Elevations into Photo-Real Renders.
Take your millwork design one step further with homeowner-friendly visuals. We transform your CAD elevations into a still render or short motion clip so clients can see scale, finishes and lighting before anything is built.
- High-fidelity still render based on your CAD.
- 15–30 second motion preview for presentations.
- Speeds decisions and reduces surprises on site.
- Great for homeowner approvals and planning boards.

Classical millwork meets generative AI.
Our design team uses AI as a creative starting point — generating room concepts, moulding arrangements and finish studies that push beyond the expected. These aren't finished designs; they're springboards that spark conversation about what's possible with real White River products.
